Cashier

Dine-in, takeaway, delivery: Order type, customer or table, delivery fee and driver.
Sizes and add-ons: Sizes, add-ons, removed ingredients, a note per item, and combos.
Payment: Cash or transfer, service and tax, and item discounts.
Split bills: Part pays now, the rest stays open.
Move and merge: Move an order to another table, or merge two orders.
Void an order: With permission. Stock and customer totals are put back.
Sold out: Shows as sold out on the cashier, waiter, kiosk and menu.
Lock screen: Ctrl+L, with an alert when a request comes in.

Table map: Free and busy tables at a glance.
Reservations: Dated bookings, and holding a table before the time.
Customers: Several phones and addresses per customer, and merging duplicates.
Loyalty points: Points and discount tiers.
Promotions: Item discounts, bundles and buy-X-get-Y. They show on the online menu too.
Feedback QR: A code on the receipt where guests leave a review.

Kitchen screen: New, preparing and ready, with timers and a chime for each new order.
Kitchen printer: Each printer prints only its own categories.
Waiter page: On the waiter's phone, no app: new orders, changes and table moves.
Self-order kiosk: Guests order, get a number and pay at the counter.
In-house menu: A menu on your Wi-Fi, with a QR code for the tables.
Customer display: Customers see their order and prices as it is entered.

Your own link: At yourcafe.epsilonpos.com/menu, and it installs on a phone like an app.
Ordering: Delivery or takeaway, with a name and a mobile number.
Approval: The cashier approves, orders accept themselves, or the menu is view-only.
Payment: Cash. After a Google sign-in: InstaPay, a wallet or a bank transfer with a receipt screenshot.
Order tracking: A status page, an alert at each step, and reordering past orders.
Opening hours: The menu closes on its own outside your hours.
Hidden items: Keep an item in the shop but off the online menu.

Stock: Units, packs and expiry dates. Deducted on each sale, with a low-stock alert.
Suppliers: Purchases and total spent per supplier.
Cash drawer: Money in and out, and purchases with several items.
Reports: Sales by item, category and hour, waiter and table stats, and stock losses.
Export: Orders as a CSV file.
Permissions: Account types, permissions per role, and a log of every action.

Days and shifts: Open and close days and shifts, and reopen the last day if needed.
Day report: Print or save as PDF, in full or totals only.
Printing: Receipts, kitchen tickets and reports on thermal printers. If a printer stops, you get a PDF.
Receipt layout: Reorder the sections, add your logo and footer text.

Today: Sales, payment mix, top items and who is on shift.
Alerts: A void, a late kitchen ticket, a waiting online order, the PC offline, low stock.
Reports: The last 90 days, as PDFs in the same layout as the POS.
Trends: The last 60 days and your busiest hours.
From your phone: Log an expense, a purchase or staff pay; the cashier gets it within a minute.
Linking: Link a phone with a QR code, and remove it any time.

Offline: The cashier, kitchen and waiter keep working when the internet is down.
Backups: Daily and weekly copies on the PC, and an encrypted cloud copy every night.
Updates: Install on their own, and roll back if something breaks.
Language and look: Arabic and English, light and dark, two designs and colour themes.
Report a problem: A button in the app that sends us the problem.
Windows: Installs itself on a Windows PC.
